最近自分の中でそうめんが流行っています。短時間で食べれて空腹も満たせるのですが、栄養が全くないのであまり食べないようにしています。なるべく野菜を取る様に今後も気をつけて行きたいです。
Soumen noodles have recently become a craze for me. It’s a quick meal and satisfies my hunger, but I try not to eat too much of it because it has no nutritional value at all. I would like to continue to take care to eat vegetables as much as possible.
